A handmade, segmented, live-edge charcuterie board; Enrique Mendoza 2018 La Tremenda wine; Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc wine; Wine Lab glass; chocolate; Mancini pasta; cranberry hazelnut crackers; Divina red pepper stuffed olives; and savory mussels, from the Blacksburg Wine Lab, are all you need to create a beautiful charcuterie board. The charcuterie board is made from light and dark hickory, black cherry, and black walnut. The food safe finish is excellent for serving chesses, meats, crackers, etc. The wood comes from Virginia trees that were removed because they presented hazards to roadways, electrical lines, or structures. Without Russell, the trees would have been disposed of! Now they are functional art! The logs are planked and air dried for a minimum of two years. Must be 21 years or older to bid.
