Receive a handmade, wool, needle-felted portrait of your pet. Made from a brightly lit and clear photo of your pet, Sandy will create a portrait using wool and the needle-felting technique. The portrait will be in a round frame with an 8" opening, but untrimmed in case you would like to frame it differently. You provide the photo. Finished product can be picked up from the NRV CARES office or in a nearby location.
